Bringing a life-long love for Elvis, Travis Powell takes you through the decades of Elvis's greatest hits! Born in Shelby NC, Travis was raised in a musical family with roots in Southern Gospel. His love for Elvis music started at a young age. His grandmother made him his very own Elvis jumpsuit at the tender age of five, and his passion to perform tribute to Elvis blossomed.

Travis has been an entertainer, performing and touring across the country, from his early 20s. It was is 2012 that he would compete in his first Elvis tribute artist contest. He entered the Legends In concert Myrtle Beach Elvis tribute contest in 2013 and was named grand champion representing legends that year in ultimate Elvis tribute contest in Memphis. That same year he would go on to win grand champion of the Lake George Elvis festival, Elvis Rocks mesquite Competition and Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Elvis tribute contest. In 2014, he won the ultimate preliminary contest at Charlotte motor speedway to represent in the 2014 ultimate Elvis contest where he would place in the top 5.
