Food & Beverage Manager

Responsible for the overall success for the coordination, administration and direction of all Food and Beverage activities on property. The Food & Beverage Manager directly supervises the Executive Chef, Deli Manager, Beverage Supervisor and Dining Supervisor, while indirectly supervises the activities of all employees in the Food and Beverage Department.
