Responsible for the overall success for the coordination, administration and direction of all Food and Beverage activities on property. The Food & Beverage Manager directly supervises the Executive Chef, Deli Manager, Beverage Supervisor and Dining Supervisor, while indirectly supervises the activities of all employees in the Food and Beverage Department. A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant management or related area from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Minimum of six years of experience in Food & Beverage Management.
